(AP/SiouxCityJournal.com) -- The AP reports that the Mid-America Business Conditions Index -- a monthly survey of business supply managers -- showed improvement for November, "but still reflects relatively weak economic conditions in nine Midwest and Plains states," including Nebraska. The index rose to 46.5 in November from 43.8 in October. A score under 50 suggest economic decline.
