(AP/Yankton.net) -- The AP reports, "The economy will likely continue growing at a healthy pace over the next few months in nine Midwest and Plains states," including Nebraska. That's according to a monthly survey of business leaders released Monday. The news agency notes that "the overall economic index for the region increased to 62.3 in June from May's solid 55.5. Any score above 50 suggests growth." Business leaders are feeling optimistic, as "the confidence index jumped to 67.5 in June from May's 61.4."
