Assembler – Thunderstone- Lincoln, NE - $16/hr + $500 new hire bonus/attendance bonus and quarterly bonus!

As an assembler at Thunderstone, you will perform general manufacturing and assembly operations on tarps and related products. You will build, fasten and assemble components, operate fabrication equipment as assigned, and perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition.

Assembler – David City - $19/hour after 60 days, up to $25/hour Depending on Experience!! + $500 new hire bonus/attendance bonus and quarterly bonus!

We’re looking for people to perform general assembly operations on sub-assemblies and trailers and operate various equipment as needed. As an assembler, you will use hand tools and power tools to drill, rivet, caulk, fasten, and place parts and assemblies in jigs and fixtures. You will perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition and operate fabrication equipment.

Production Supervisor – David City - $55k/year + (depending upon experience)

Timpte is looking for a Production Supervisor in our David City, NE Facility.  We’re looking for an experienced candidate responsible for direct supervision, training, safety performance, product quality, employee communications, and employee morale and productivity within assigned department.

Welder – David City – David City - $20/hour after 60 days, up to $26/hour (depending upon experience) + $500 new hire bonus and quarterly bonus!

Timpte is looking for a Welder to weld assemblies using fixtures and clamps, setup and operate robotic welders as assigned, use cutting torches and grinders as needed. You will also perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition.

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Coordinator – David City - $50k + (depending upon experience)

Provide support in the Health, Safety and Environmental Department to continually create a culture of safety within the organization, at all facilities, by ensuring effective and efficient compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and agencies, assisting with facility safety process to protect employees, the company, the environment, and provide a safe and healthy workplace.

Buyer – Current Products – David City - $55/year + (depending upon experience)

As the Buyer – Current Products, you will be responsible for identifying and developing supply base, for current and newly designed captive parts or assemblies, to support an assemble-to-order production flow. This individual will lay the groundwork for their team of planners and support all planner activities.  

Drafter – David City - $21.50 + (depending upon experience)

As a Drafter, you will support the Product Engineering Design personnel with drafting, BOM input, special options and other duties as assigned by Product Engineering Management. Detail drawings and modify existing drawings.

Sr. Product Engineer – David City – $85k/year + (depending upon experience)

Timpte is looking for a Sr. Product Engineer in our R&D Facility in David City, NE. The Sr. Product Engineer leads the planning and designing of research, development and testing of products as it aligns with engineering processes.  

The Sr. Product Engineer will be developing project timelines and task lists for projects and meeting completion dates. Leading and managing Engineering projects. Support design efforts of Product Engineering team and developing models and drawings for products and components.

Quality Manager – David City $90k/year + (depending upon experience)

In this position, this person will be managing the efforts of the Quality team and warranty team at Timpte to supply consistent, structurally sound, and visually appealing product and services to our customers.  The Quality Manager will also develop, execute, and analyze reporting measures and report to management team on quality issues, trends, and losses.  This person will work closely with our Engineering team, and Warranty/Sales teams to identify and rectify product/process problems identified through warranty claims. 

Engineering Documentation Manager – David City $70k + (depending upon experience)

As an Engineering Documentation Manager, you will support Engineering team by managing and controlling all creation, distribution, and retention of all Engineering controlled documentation. Bill of Material Structure, product structure, ECR/ECN process, material disposition, product configurator, option indexes.

Advanced Manufacturing Engineer – Final Assembly – David City $75k + (depending upon experience)

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer-Final Assembly, you will plan and design manufacturing processes, maximize efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow layouts, IPK, assembly methods, and work force utilization with primary focus in Final Assembly.

Materials Planner – Equipment Trailer Assembly – David City $55k + (depending upon experience)

As the Materials Planner-Equipment Trailer Assembly Center, you will be responsible for eliminating part shortages, efficient stocking volumes, Kanban calculations, supplier communication, and forecasting materials.

Advanced Manufacturing Engineer – Subassembly – David City $75k + (depending upon experience)

As a Manufacturing Engineer-Subassembly, you will plan and design manufacturing processes, maximize efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow layouts, IPK, assembly methods, and work force utilization with primary focus in assembly departments that feed the other assembly areas.

Trailer Maintenance Technician – David City $21.50/hr + (depending upon experience)

Pay for this position starts at $21.50 - $24.00/hour Depending on experience + up to $2,400 Annual BONUS POTENTIAL paid quarterly!!  Employees will get a $0.50 + increase after 60 days!!

Timpte is looking for a Trailer Technician in our David City, NE Customer Support Center. As a Trailer Technician, you will diagnose, repair and service trailers of all brands in a safe and professional manner.

Branch Sales Representative – David City $65k + (depending upon experience)

Total Compensation range: $65,000-$85,000! This position has a base pay compensation and is also eligible for 2 bonus programs! Bonus Potential of up to $10,000!

Branch Sales Representatives are responsible for the management and sales of new and used trailers within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual to play a fundamental sales role in our Indiana market. The BSR will be responsible for an assigned territory within Nebraska to ensure market share growth for the Timpte line of trailers.

Team Leader – David City $19.50 + (depending upon experience)

Base pay ($20.50/hour after 60 days, up to $25/hour Depending on Experience!!) + Quarterly Bonus ($1,500/year)

As the Team Leader, you will supervise and manage all functions involved in production in a safe and economic manner for an assigned department. You will be responsible for direct supervision, training, safety performance, product quality, cost control, employee communications, and employee morale and productivity.

Parts Coordinator – TPC – Lincoln $20/hr + (depending upon experience)

Timpte is looking for a Parts Coordinator at our NEW TIMPTE PARTS CENTER in Lincoln, NE.  We’re looking for someone to support all Customer Support Center (CSC) locations with order fulfillment questions and aftermarket part coordination, order ship status and inventory returns. In this role you will responsible for providing timely response to all customer inquiries and incoming orders to achieve goals & objectives.  Monitor order ship status and inventory returns throughout all locations.  Standardize all parts for the CSC network by coordinating setup of part numbers, cost, and price with engineering.
